Welcome to this Large Light Airy Brand New Executive Apartment in the heart of Wolverhampton City Centre. With secure gated parking this is the perfect stay if you are working or visiting Wolverhampton. This apartment is perfectly located with great transport links to the M6, M5, M54(i54).Wolverhampton train/bus station is a short walk away.Sainbury's Superstore is located within a 2 minute walk and a 24hr Gym is located next to the supermarket. And walking distance to west park hospital.

The space
You will have access to the whole brand new apartment. This comfortably sleeps 2,3 or 4 guests and ideal for a family or contractors. The beds can be made up as 2 kingsize (2 or 4 sharing) or 1 kingsize and 2 singles (3 or 4 sharing)
We offer complimentary beverages and have coffee/tea available
Located in buzzing Chapel Ash area with numerous bars and independent restaurants and take away only minutes walk away.

All guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
All guests are asked to complete washing up prior to leaving. If washing is left a charge of £65 will be incurred.


We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories on their trips and whilst staying at our home. For us to do this, we would truly appreciate it if you will follow these simple house rules. We thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation.

• Local guests must communicate with us before booking.
• Check-in time is between 3 o’clock pm and 9 o’clock pm.
• Check-out time is at 10 o’clock am.
• We charge £10 per hour for early check-ins and is subject to availability.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at £25 per hour (late check-outs should be pre-booked)
Please note that we have onsite security to prevent unauthorised guests entering the property.
Guests hosting unauthorised parties will be charged £250 call out charge if security is required.
• This is a self-check-in property in most occasions and at times you will be greeted by a member of staff. As our valued guest/s, you agree that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided by Airbnb through the house rules or check-in guide (whichever is provided). You also agree to read the house rules or check-in guide first before contacting your host.
• Guests with no reviews will need to send a booking request.
• We may require names and contact details of all guests.
• A (refundable) security deposit fee of upto £500 may be required at our discretion (e.g. for new users/weekend bookings/large groups).
• If guests are found to have had a party without the host’s permission which will result in extra cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of £500 for extra cleaning.
• Quiet time is after 10 o’clock pm (£200 fine for excessive noise and complaints leading from such this will be used to compensate neighbours). GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• No excessive loud noise/music.
• Unauthorized visitors are not allowed (£50 fine per incident for breach).
• Pets may be considered – we will need to approve prior to booking.
• Smoking is not allowed. Guests will be charged a fine of £150 if found smoking inside the house or if butts be seen in the premises. However, guests may use vaping device OUTSIDE the building.

• Please leave the place as tidy as you found it. Place all rubbish in bin bags and dishes washed.
• We request that our guests be respectful to fellow guests and apartment.
• Finallyt because this is an Airbnb community and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
