Very larger 110sqm bright and light modern 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment in a stunning riverside location in Pimlico, Victoria, Westminster, London. Genuinely breathtaking views, central to all the best London sights. My apartment is the perfect location to be in the center of London but also be able to escape from the noise and bustle of a busy cosmopolitan city.

Location Location Location. Every time someone enters my living room for the first time there is an intake of breath. I literally can spit into the Thames! Its almost like living on a boat and daily I watch the River Thames rise and fall at low tide the ducks seagulls and two cormorants often stop by. The river boats plough back and forth and I often imagine those on board wonder who is the lucky person living there. On the other side of the river is the fast developing Nine Elms area with the Battersea Power station residential to the right and the new American Embassy to the left.

I simply love my apartment and I know you will to.

When I say very central I mean 15 minutes walk from The Houses of Parliament & Victoria Station or 5 min by cab or bus. Pimlico tube station is the nearest at 7 minute walk. The number 24 bus to Victoria and the West End stops right outside my door.15 min walk from Battersea Park, Kings Road Chelsea, Piccadilly and South Bank.

The main double bedroom of my apartment is ( 7m x 3m (or 22ft x 10ft ) with a spacious bathroom with bath and integrated shower. Large double wardrobes, white walls, TV, tea and coffee facilities. The bedroom is town facing but traffic noise is minimal.

The second bedroom is smaller with a double sofa bed and is ideal for one person or two if you are a cozy couple! bathroom & shower ensuite and town facing.

The living room overlooks the river , where you can serve yourselves breakfast and with two panoramic 2 meter wide windowed patio doors that slide back to allow you on to a Juliette Balcony ( standing but you can sit and sip wine as the sun sets )

Very Private and Quiet - No one over looks the apartment and facing the river the apartment is very quiet, the bedrooms face the road but good double glazing makes it a quiet nights sleep.

The whole apartment is newly decorated and carpeted and has a very light airy feel with white walls and cream carpets and an all white tiled bathroom.

There is large hallway with guest loo and the the vast living area with a very comfy Sofa bed idea for one person. There is wifi, Sky TV, Apple TV, Sonos Music System.

Large Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Gas central heating and plenty of hot water.

Note. Being a Sex & Relationship Therapist by profession I do have certain reading material around the place so on that basis I do not accept bookings with any under 18's.

Guest access

You have use of all the apartment and the 7 meter x 1.5 meter balcony over looking the river

The building River Lodge is on Grosvenor Rd, I have a gated entrance with a large shared courtyard with security coded gates and front door and private parking should you need it. The building has only 8 apartments in it so it is very quiet. Lifts to all floors and stairs. Only two apartments on my floor.

Minimum length of booking is 5 nights and adults only over the age of 18. Availability is dependent on my movements as I work from home so will arrange to vacate on your chosen dates.

Interaction with guests

I or a member of my family or a collegeue will be there to welcome you and show you around. Being an ex hotelier ( I owned and ran my own 130 bed hotel for 20 yrs) I know about cleanliness and customer service so would take extra care to make sure you are comfortable, well informed and feel at home.

Dear Colin, Thanks for your warmly big place. For this trip, my family all have a great experience in London. At the first night, you and your partner wait for us till late night also introduce everything for us. My mom and I feel so thankful cause you setup everything as home. As other customer review, the great view of big living room , kids feel so excited while the ferries cross by. Most convenient thing, there is a Tesco express convenient shop, it takes only 5 mins near by. Also we can take bus No.24 to most famous visit places as Big Ben, Westminster Abby ,,,. Sometimes we enjoy riverside walk near Colin's apartment. I miss London now . All British people are kindly and friendly. I'll visit London again!

Such a beautiful place and the photos are exactly as the place is. It is very large, especially the living room, and the view of the Thames is spectacular. It's nice having Sky TV and Apple TV with NetFlix! Also, the Sonus wireless music system is amazing. Just download the app and play music from your phone/tablet. Excellent king bed and the fold up bed in the 2nd bedroom is deceptively comfortable. Very nice kitchen. The neighborhood is great. The is a fun pub right down the street, William IV, that has live music on the weekends. Half a block on the same side is a Shell with coffee, wine, beer and other supplies. It's an easy walk up to Lupus St. with the Underground and plenty of shops/restaurants. There are rental bikes right next to the bldg. Check out nearby Battersea Park. Great for running/biking.

This is a FANTASTIC apartment!!! The view is ABSOLUTELY as advertised - it is right on the Thames with big picture windows. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there are 2.5 nice (clean and modern) bathrooms. The kitchen has all major appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, so we ate breakfast at the apartment to save some money and were gone all day, but could have easily had other meals there. The apartment is a half a mile from the Tube, so that was perfectly convenient. Colin was a great host who made everything work easily. The only minor drawback is the wifi does not reach the bedrooms, but since we were there to see London, and it did work perfectly in the living room, that is a truly minor comment.

Yes amazingly even though I only live 10 minutes from the seat of the UK government ie the Houses of Parliament the wifi in this area is poor. 8mg at best of times but it does work fine in the living room and the second bedroom and kitchen. the only room it does not work in is the master bedroom ( thick walls ) but who and why would anyone be going on line in their bed anyway!! :-)

Colin's apartment provided us with a great place to stay on our trip to London. It is very spacious with a great view of the river. Location is close to public transportation for visiting all the sites. Colin was there to meet us and give us a tour of the apt.

My family and I spent new year eve in Coliń´s apartment. Everything was perfect and as expected : grear view of the Tames river, cosy interior, very quiet building (even though you can hear the trafic from the street on the back). Our 3 kids enjoyed the place and the Internet access ! We enjoyed relaxing and counting the boats on the river ;-) We didn't have the chance to meet with Colin since he was away but he provided us lots of valuable info for our comfort and also for our London tour. Being that central London has been really practicle, especially to go and see the fireworks which was 15 min walking distance from our location !

My name is Colin and I live in Pimlico, Westminster, Central London. For many years I used to live in South Devon having grown up in and then ran for 20 years, my own 130 bed family hotel. Growing up in a stunning coastal location on a cliff top where for much of the year the permanent neighbours were sheep and sea gulls its no surprise that when moving to London I chose to live bang in the center. First in the West End for 7 years then Marylebone for 2 but now the water is calling and I have recently moved to a stunning 2 bedroom 1349 sq ft apartment on the river Thames overlooking Vauxhall, Nine Elms and the famous Battersea Power station.

I was married for 17 years but now divorced and have 5 grown up children who still pop in to see their Dad regularly ( particularly when they want a bed for the night !) I love to travel, eat good food, spend time in good entertaining intelligent company, to dance, swim, play squash, tennis, go to museums, theatre. I enjoy people, places and things that are different and innovative even adventurous. As for my work ....

For the past 10 years I have been working as a sexual performance mentor and relationship therapist and masseur.

I’m fascinated by human sexuality. I think sex is an incredibly important part of life, but for many people, sex and sexuality are things that just happen. But when we don’t work at understanding and improving our sexual selves, a sense of unhappiness or lack of fulfilment can affect our broader sense of self.

I’ve made it my calling to teach people how to achieve better physiological and emotional sexual communication within relationships. I speak about and lead workshops on sex and sexuality, and I mentor single men, single women and couples of all sexualities on improving intimacy and sexual performance.

If staying with me then openness and broadmindedness is an asset! My motto for life is " Be who you really are not who they want you to be"

Some may be daunted by what I do for a job many are very interested, either way I am at heart a very traditional guy who simply has an non traditional job.
