The space
Situated right in the heart of Auckland city this apartment, offers direct access to the areas restaurants, bars and the city's fabulous shopping precincts.
The location is second to none, right next door to Auckland's Queen Street. Within a stone’s throw you have the Ferry Terminal with a range of excursions on offer such as Whale and Dolphin Safari and Jet Boat Tours to name a few. You can also hop on one of the regular ferries to Waiheke Island and experience its beautiful vineyards.
Also, nearby you can enjoy other city attractions such as events and shows at the amazing Aotea Arts and Events centre and Town Hall, wander through beautiful Albert Park up the Universities, or go a little bit further to the beautiful Auckland Domain and visit the Auckland Museum. You are in close proximity to Spark Arena if you're attending a concert or show, and the vibrant shops and dining options of Britomart are just a stroll away.

This is a privately owned apartment within a hotel.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.

Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf) - www.theluggagehotel.com Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

This property is located right in the heart of Auckland city so it has all of the wonderful restaurant, bars, cafes, and shopping right on the doorstep! There is the Viaduct Harbour where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the yachts in the marina or walk a few minutes further down to the cosmopolitan Britomart Precinct with amazing Amano, Miann and Ostro to tempt your tastebuds. Fancy a spot of shopping? Queen Street and High Street are just nearby and are packed with all the clothes, bags, shoes and accessories you could possibly wish for.

Shopping:
The centre of the city is packed with stores, especially on Queen Street. More high-end shopping, including designer stores and art galleries, can be found a block over on High Street and down at Britomart.

Markets:
Local produce is sold at the City Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Family-friendly Auckland Night Markets shift between 5 different locations Wednesday to Sunday, 6 to 11 PM, selling food, toys and clothing. A bonus is the electric entertainment occurs within the markets. Auckland Fish Market offers freshly caught seafood, fish kebabs and sushi from approximately 7 AM to 6 PM.

Shopping Malls:
A short drive away is Westfield St Lukes Shopping Mall which has hundreds of stores, food outlets and entertainment options including a multiplex cinema. Further away, the biggest mall in Auckland, Sylvia Park, has more than 200 businesses for all your shopping needs.

Dining out:
Dining out in Auckland ranges from local specialties to multicultural cuisine from across the Pacific and world. The city’s nightlife encompasses traditional pubs, stylish dockside bars and chic clubs. Auckland cuisine runs the gamut from traditional fare,like meat pies and fish and chips, to gourmet modern dishes made from locally sourced produce.
