The space
Sea Breeze II is located halfway between two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks - Manuel Antonio and Marina Ballena and is an ideal base for exploring the Southern Zone.
Part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community), Sea Breeze II is only 5 minutes off Highway 34 on an excellent road yet is totally tranquil and surrounded by ancient trees, a private fruit orchard with daily visits from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes. Stunning ocean views, a large pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, two bars and patio dining offer ample space for entertaining or retreat into one of six luxurious bedrooms in the main house. Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining or hire a chef! Large living room, live-edge dining table/ island seats 14. Expansive family room on pool level. All main house bedrooms are air conditioned as are all common areas. Entire top floor is a luxurious master bedroom/ensuite with floor to ceiling windows, soaker tub and jetted shower. Separate guest house can be added for 3 more bedrooms giving you a total of 9 bedrooms (never rented separately to ensure your privacy and enjoyment of the property).

The entire house is yours to enjoy. Our property manager is available to help with all your arrangements and also offers chef services and guided tours.

Other things to note
Our photographs do not show the blackout drapes that have been added to every bedroom for those that would like to sleep late! Also we have recently upgraded air conditioning units in spaces that were not cooling quickly enough so all rooms now cool quickly and stay that way for your comfort.
