Our guestroom is small but perfect for 2 people to be very comfortable for a few days. We provide bedding & towels, and access to the common areas of our flat - lounge, bathroom and kitchen. Near to bus, metro & tram lines, and all needed amenities !

The space

Our parisian is cosy, modern, clean and has all the necessary amenities. There is our bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the lounge and your private bedroom.
Useful to know:
- after a few bad experiences : you can't bring a bike to our place !
- we have a TV screen which we use to plug into our PCs to watch films on, but we are not connected to TV channels,
- we are in a typical parisian building, that means no lift - and we are on the 4th floor! We shall help you with your luggage if we're around though :)
- we are a minimal waste & eco-logical household: if you could also make an effort to support or at least respect our way of life, we would be very grateful! This is why we don't have certain amenities, such as a microwave.

Guest access

You have your private bedroom and have access to the shower room, kitchen and lounge. In the bedroom there is your bed, a chair, a bed-side lamp, a book case with books you are free to read and a few shelves to put your stuff. Your window overlooks an inside courtyard so it is very quiet :)
We provide you with towels and flannels.

Interaction with guests

We are always up for a chat and hope to make you feel very welcome in our home, whilst always respecting your privacy, of course.
Tiffany brews kombucha (a fermented tea) and kefir ( a fizzy fermented fruit drink) and we both make our own sourdough bread : if you are tempted, please ask ! :)

Other things to note

We live a planet-friendly lifestyle : we eat local and organic, use natural & homemade toiletries and cleaning products - if you need conventional shower gels & shampoos please bring your own !

It was a perfect experience in almost every sense. Even though we couldn't meet Nicolas and Tiffany during our stay, they were very kind to guide us throughout the way from Airport to their place. Their communication regarding the house rules/ necessary info was organised and very clear. Tiffany was kind to offer us exclusive fruits from her mother's place ;) The place is really cool and public transport is easily accessible. We would like to visit them again and would also recommend them to others as well. Cheers

We've just came home after our beautiful journey, and I'm happy to say, that Nico&Tiff made it even better, than we'd expected!! The place is located very conveniently: it has really good transport connections to the downtown, 2 underground stations in only 7-10 minutes walk. It's easy to get to Orly Apt. The way to Montplaisir will take not more than 30min walk. The surrounding is quite practical: shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes, etc. Concerning the room: surely, it was evidently a good choice for our budget! It is not a big one, but it turned to be a good one for us two: cosy and comfy. Usually you get a studio with kitchenett at the same 6 sq.m + and shower/toilet on the floor: flats in Paris are really small. Or big and expencive. But the guys organized their home in a good traveller-friendly format. We could freely use practically all the other spaces of the flat, kitchenware, bathroom, living room. Special thanks for letting us use the washing machine: it was of big help! The sofa is comfortable and good enough for one's back. The window looks to the inner yard, which means that you will sleep well, even if you're not got used to sleep in a noisy and busy city. The neighbourhood is quiet anyway. Furnishing is simple, cosy and just enough for a good relax after a day with lots of activities. There is a key-safe on the door, so, you can come or leave any time you need, and you don't depend on the hosts' schedule - that's convenient! The guys give a very clear instructions, so, you'll never have problems with it. In general, we felt absolutely free in doing whatever and whenever we want. We met Nico & Tiff only twice - We wish we would interact some more! As we feel, they are really great, optimistic and friendly guys: always helpful, always avaliable by phone/mail/texting. They live eco-conscious life, and try not to overconsume, which we appreciate much, though we don't go so far and wide in this. Thank you, guys! It was really nice to meet you, and we would be glad to know you better. You're very hearty and welcoming hosts. Take care! )) Yulia & Sasha.

Tiffany and Nicolas were awesome! They gave great, easy to follow directions and even left two pages of explanations of their apartment along with food recommendations in our room. They treated us very well and even helped us reserve a taxi for 5 am in the morning. Much appreciated. Perfect space for a traveling couple or 2 friends.

They helped us navigate from the airport to their place late at night, which immediately made our stay more pleasant. They obviously take pride in Paris and having visitors, as there was ample information in the room for tourists. In the room was a very handy guide the put together with instructions for the apartment and recommendations for eating in the neighborhood. I wish all hosts did that! The room is small and the bed (I think) is a futon. For the price and location (ie-Paris), it's great, but if you want more comfort you may want to go ahead and pay much more.

Response from Tiffany & Nicolas:
Hi Erin, Happy you enjoyed our guide :) Our profile does indicate that the room is small, and that the bed is a sofa bed. It is not, however, a futon, as there are bed slats, and it is also a high quality mattress (we made sure).

Tiffany is definitely the best host! Firstly, the location is perfect, we can reach to any spot easily, and many supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. The room is cozy to stay in and every single morning I dun really want to wake up because the bed is too comfortable! LOL And of course we have good time to talk with Tiffany. I would definitely book this place again if i come to Paris next time.

Everything was perfect! The flat was clean and very nice. Tiffany and Nicolas were helpful and respectful. Only thing to take into account if you carry heavy luggage is that you have only stairs, no elevator.
