Between lake and mountain, the apartment is located 15 min walk from the lake (ideal for jogging, rollerblading etc.) 30 min from the 1st ski resort (Le Revard and La Feclaz), 2 min from the highway and 25 min from Annecy. The city centre of Aix-Les-Bains (including the train station) is easily accessible: 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot.
