Our house is located at the top of Wembury village, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just 50 yds from local footpaths with stunning scenery leading to Wembury beach (a Marine Conservation Area and great surfing) and Newton Ferrers/Noss Mayo (via seasonal foot ferry). The local shop and village pub are also within a few mins walk. Plymouth City Centre is approximately 15 mins by car. We are also located nearby to popular wedding venues including New Barton Barns & Langdon Court

Wembury is a great spot for many water sports (bring/hire your own equipment) and is a local favourite for our surfing waves! https://magicseaweed.com/Wembury-Surf-Report/1234/ We’re also close by to other great surfing spots including Challaborough, Bantham and Bigbury-on-Sea, with Bigbury also being excellent for wind and kite surfing, with the famous Burgh Island Hotel in the backdrop. Our property is also the perfect base for a days walking and exploring the South West Coast Path with our sections (36 & 37) having repeatedly been voted as the best view points in the country by Walk Magazine and one of the best walks in the world by Lonely Planet!

If you’re looking for even more water sports, we have Mount Batten Watersports Centre nearby with a huge variety of facilities!
