Tricycle ride are difficult (timing availability is also limited)
Solo adventurers, couples, families or group of friends (max of 8) are welcome.
Pls consider that the house is 2km away from the highway; commute is not ideal.
The space
This is a 2-storey house perfect for a getaway with 4-fully furnished queen-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hot water. The living room and all bedrooms are airconditioned.
This is also equipped with a 4-burner gas range (with oven) and other cooking equipments so you can prepare your favorite meals.
The place is 62km away from the airport (about 1.2 hours drive).
There are markets, restaurants and other stores outside the subdivision where you can enjoy or buy your needs.
Pls. note the house is in Phase 4 of the subdivision and is 1-2km away from the gate/hiway; commute is not ideal.

House Rules & Guidelines/Pointers
- Kindly treat this house as if it is your own. Handle everything with care.
- We expect the house to be at the same condition as when you arrived. Pls. collect all your trash, have your dishes washed and all things & furnitures at their proper/original location upon check-out. Pls. do not forget to turn off the lights or appliances when not in use.
- Feel free to use all the items in the house but pls. make sure to return them after use. All items missing upon check-out will be charged to your account accordingly.
- There are some equipments available at your preference: Hangers and iron for your wrinkled clothes ; and hair blower if you want your hair done
- There’s a very simple grill (ihawan) available if u need to do some simple barbecue. (Don’t expect too much, it’s just a typical workaround ihawan)
- There’s WIFI in the house (Galaxy Cable is the internet provider)
- There’s a smart tv at the living room and at the Master’s bedroom to enjoy watching your favorite movies or series in netflix. Other rooms don’t have TVs.
- All the 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living & dining area has a split type aircon. (If you want to feel the breeze of Mt. Makiling when inside the house, just slightly open the windows on your preferred areas. But pls. dont open the windows at the Master’s bedroom because the strong wind might damage the lamps again as what happened previously when hit by the curtains; winds are strong at our place). You may open the sliding door at the balcony instead.
- Available in the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table but there are extra tables and chairs if you need to.
- There’s a 4-burner gas range (with oven) and cooking utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals. There’s electric kettle for your coffee.. And of course a refrigerator is available to preserve and cool your food. And before I forget, there’s a rice cooker and blender as well 😊
- Parking: Can park 2 cars in front and 1 at the garage.
- The wooden fence got damaged and so there is currently no fence and gate around the house.
Pls note the bahay kubo is not ours, it belongs to our neighbor.
Just a friendly reminder that we don’t allow smoking, pets and parties or events.
Pls. note that we allocate 2 guests for every bedroom. The bedrooms that will not be filled will be locked.
Example:
If there are only 4 guests renting the house, then only 2 bedrooms will be opened, the 2 will be locked.
If you wish to use all 4 bedrooms then pls. book for 8 guests.
There’s a pool within the subdivision that has a rate of about ₱150 per pax. The pool is about 3-min drive from the house. The pool is closed during holidays and when the clubhouse is booked for private events. Pls. note that if you wish to swim, kindly check availability and coordinate on your own at the clubhouse.
There’s a shower heater at the Master’s bathroom only.

We can do flexible check-in setup, just let us know the estimated time of your arrival. We can meet you upon check-in but if we are not available, we will leave the keys at the key lockbox. We’ll just provide you with the code to open it.
