Large luxury Grade II Georgian house in vibrant historical market town, situated in the picturesque Waveney Valley. Formerly a bank built in 1790, original features include a vault converted into a Hammam Steam Room seating up to ten people. Each of the guest bedrooms is uniquely themed with antique, designer and bespoke furnishings, sleeping up to twelve. Common spaces include a Snug with log burner, galleried library and indoor garden. The space
The highlight of this is the luxurious house is the Hammam Spa in what is the original bank vault, seating 10 people comfortably. Relax and enjoy a pampering weekend with this Eastern Treatment, similar to a Sauna but with steam not dry heat. Each bedroom and reception rooms have modern bluetooth ceiling speakers and multiple USB points. The bathrooms are floor to ceiling tiled with modern rainfall power showers, shaving sockets and touch screen mirrors for your additional comfort. For your additional use is the gorgeous Galleried Library, enjoy Moroccan tea and delicacies as part of your Spa day or relax with wine and Prosecco underneath the soft lighting in the evening and imagine you are in an upmarket private room of a bar. Towels, toilet rolls and logs are provided for free. Robes, slippers and a Hammam Spa essential pack consisting of rhassoul clay, black soap and scrub are available at an additional charge. The three ensuite guest bedrooms (twin, super king and family/group) sleep up to twelve, this is the maximum number that can be accomodated, however two single z-beds are available for more flexible family sleeping arrangements. The quirky Timothy Oulton designer themed Snug is a great place to relax in the evenings. with a woodburner, large smart TV, DVD player with a selection of popular chick flicks, pool table, board games and with an optional sweet stand/cocktail making kit at an additional charge. With lots of gorgeous locations for photos, a favourite spot is the indoor garden with its own gold peacock #TOPONorfolk

The hire is for exclusive use of the ground floor reception rooms (The Kitchen, 12 seater Dining Room, multi-use Snug/Indoor Garden Seating Area) and first floor guest level only which includes the three luxury guest rooms sleeping 12, Hammam Spa and Galleried Library with additional seating for 4-6. Unfortunately there is no permitted access to the second floor or The Drawing Room.

Venture a little further afield for castles, sailing, beaches, theatres, Royal Sandringham, the National Holy Shrine of Walsingham and Norwich, which is just 40 mins away for city night life #TOPONorfolk
