Clean and spacious room in home. Easy access to major highways. Close to restaurants, parks and nightlife. Two large living rooms for privacy in common areas. Heated Pool and hot tub in back yard. I do have cats so if that’s an issue let me know and I can put in another part of the home for a short time. Bathroom is private unless other room is rented. Also, if you’d like to rent both rooms message me and we can workout a deal
