Includes fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoy the back yard with grill, fire pit, and outdoor table, chairs, and wildlife! Hike the Arbuckle Mountains, look for fossils, or just relax!

The space
The Bluebird Cottage is located minutes from Turner Falls, Chickasaw National Park and Chickasaw Cultural Center, The Arbuckle Lakes, and several casinos! Relax on the front deck, or enjoy a fire in the fire pit! You’re going to love your time at the cottage! It can sleep up to 6 with 3 Queen beds. Enjoy the backyard for grilling, relaxing, or eating under the lighted umbrella while watching all the birds and wildlife.

The Cottage has 3 queen beds (sleeps our maximum of 6); kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, small coffee pot, Keurig, dishes, eating utensils, and pots and pans; linens, towels, etc; Smart TV with Dish satellite; one bathroom; Lots of charm!

Our Wi-Fi is a Verizon hot spot. It does slow down at times or even is non existent. That is totally out of our control, we cannot get regular Wi-Fi in our area. We will not discount or refund for no Wi-Fi . We do not have a washer and dryer for guest use, but there is a laundromat less than 5 miles from us. There is a local grocery store about 6 miles into town for almost anything you need.

The Bluebird Cottage is built on the side of the mountain. You will have wildlife visit! We've seen turkeys, deer, a red fox, squirrels, and a multitude of wild birds. But we must tell you there are also some "not so friendly" critters that might visit. There are snakes, tarantulas, spiders, wasps, and other not so fun bugs and critters that could make a visit. The Cottage is in the wild life area so please keep all doors closed so none of the ones you DON'T want to share space with get in. Sometimes no matter what we do or our guests do, bugs will get in. If that happens please let us know. We do have an exterminator that comes regularly to treat the Cottage. We have an outdoor insect misting system that will help keep some outside insects to a minimum, such as those pesky mosquitoes.

We want you to enjoy our back yard with the umbrella over the picnic table, enjoy the fire pit relaxing or making smores or hot dogs, or cook your favorite steak or burger on the grill. Enjoy looking at our small collection of fossils and rocks on display around the yard that my 95 year old grandmother had collected for years. I have her first rock she found at 4 years old. You can enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony overlooking the front yard or enjoy the backyard with the space and trees that make it a relaxing place.

Beautiful Turner Falls Park is just ONE mile from the Cottage. It's a beautiful and fun place to visit. The beautiful Chickasaw Park is only about 10 miles away and it's FREE to visit and hike. We have really great restaurants and a grocery store all within less than a mile to 6 miles from the Cottage. Please read our rules before booking. We want your stay to be pleasant, relaxing, and FUN!

Where you’ll be

Davis, Oklahoma, United States

The Bluebird Cottage is only one mile north of beautiful Turner Falls Park, in the middle of the Arbuckle Mountains. Sit outside to enjoy the fire pit or grill while watching wild life! There are neighbors however the way the properties are situated you will barely notice they're there. The neighbors do have pets that roam. We have no control over that as the neighbors have been here since the 70’s. The Cottage is a rural setting so there are no street lights, but we always leave porch lights and a driveway light on for your safety.
