Get ready to relax and unwind! Complete off grid, 260sqft tiny cabin out in the country. Located just 35 miles south of Portland. Enjoy a French press coffee in the morning while sitting on the porch viewing the beautiful nature surrounds; water fowl on the pond, deer, cows, occasional Coyote, bob cat and elk. Or relax inside by a peaceful mini wood stove.Bring a book, board games, or some meaningful one on one conversations /alone time. Go for walks on the 45+acres surrounding!

The space
Gated entrance that needs to remain closed at all times. So, once you drive through, don't forget to close it behind you! There are 20+ Head of Friendly cattle on the farm and they roam around the cabin and pond too so, watch out for their droppings! The cabin is nestled in the trees next to a pond. With a lush creek just down from the cabin you can open your bedroom window and listen to the tranquil sounds of running water or go for a casual stroll along the waters' edge.

Guest access
You are welcome to explore the perimeter of the fenced property. If you cross a fence you are most likely on the neighboring property except up by the main house (Secondary entrance to the cabin).

Other things to note
There is no internet and no TV. Verizon service works in spots. The landscape is a work in progress and is just at the beginning stages so be cautious of the rocks, mud and sticks.
The power is supplied by solar panels on the roof. Depending on the quality of day the battery bank may get drained more than it was charged. So, be mindful of the amount of power you use. There is a switch above the garbage can that turns the refrigerator on or off. At check out, please remember to switch it to the off position and take all food with you. The refrigerator works great on the lowest setting (1) and uses the least amount of power. Please keep it at that setting.
There is a switch next to the mirror in the bathroom that turns the water pump on. When a faucet is turned on you will hear the pump turn on. Don't be alarmed, this sound is normal. Please remember to switch that to the off position at check out as well.
There is no smoking and no pets allowed.
