This is an iconic Nova Scotian coastal home located only 400-meters from Martinique Beach. Measuring 4km in length, Martinique is Nova Scotia's longest sandy beach. The entire 100yr old home has been updated in 2020! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property boasts a large yard with lots of space for outdoor activities. Fall asleep at night listening to the sounds of nature and the ocean.

The space
Fresh updates throughout entire home in 2020. Brand new paint, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture and new appliances. 400-meter walk to Martinique Beach Park entrance. Massive yard with covered porch and BBQ area out back. We have added a propane fire pit for some great evening hangouts! Ample parking. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.

Enjoy the outdoor propane fire-pit for some evening hangouts and marshmallow roasting.
