Wonderful brand new 2 bedroom with air conditioning-sit on Calle Conde Duque on the first floor without elevator, a few minutes from Plaza de España and Gran Vía.

The space
-Ample house of 80m2 recently renovated, located on the first floor without an elevator, in a quiet building with few apartments.
-The floor consists of a small hall, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- At the entrance there is a large closet, a small furniture and a mirror, ideal for the last touches before leaving.
-The living room has a comfortable sofa, a table with 4 chairs for the dining area, TV and a low closet, several central tables and an area with a desk, perfect for people who come in the interest of work.
-The rooms, both of a good size, each have a double bed 150X190cm, storage areas and nightstands. Large windows let in a lot of natural light but no street noise.
-The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle and kitchenware, as well as basic cooking products (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar).
-The bathroom has plenty of space to store personal items, has a hair dryer and toiletries.

- It has 3 split type air conditioners with a cold/heat pump: in both rooms and in the living room.

Nice and spacious apartment located in the center, just five minutes from Plaza de España, spacious landscaped space that separates two of the main streets of Madrid: Gran Vía and Princes.
Conde Duque Street has some of the neighborhoods Malasaña, Arguelles and Alonso Martínez. Its proximity to the Plaza de los Cubos and Plaza de España make it a very popular area.
The Conde Duque Cultural Centre, a former military barracks that gives its name to the street, is a meeting place for artists and the public interested in artistic creation thanks to new technologies and houses exhibition halls, an auditorium, an event hall and outdoor courtyards where architectural exhibitions are held. The newest spaces in the building are El Teatro Conde Duque and the Auditorium, the first with a capacity of 253 localities and the second with 300 seats and with a capacity to accommodate any language and musical format.
Its proximity to one of the main towns of the city makes the location of the apartment unbeatable. Although the Plaza de España metro station is less than 2 minutes from Conde Duque, the main tourist attractions can be reached in just 10-15 minutes on foot: Temple of Debod, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Oriente, Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.
For Spanish food lovers, the San Anton and San Miguel markets are less than a 15-minute walk away. A range of restaurants and tapas bars await you just outside.
Going down the historic Gran Vía, or just a few minutes by metro, you are already on Paseo del Prado, where you will find the "Art Triangle", the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza and Reina Sofia museums, as well as Retiro Park.
After a long day of sightseeing, there's no better place to relax than walking through one of Madrid's "lungs", Casa de Campo, an ideal place to hang out with your family or pet, which is just a 10-minute subway ride away (5 stops).
There are no better views of the city than the Moncloa Lighthouse or the Cable Car, both located two stops from the apartment.
