Amy's place was great. Convenient location, nice back patio for late evenings, decor was nice, felt like a comfy second home. Oh and she has memory foam pillows/bed topper. Im ordering some as soon as I get home. That bed was life changing.

Amy seemed very nice in all communications & was great at responding throughout my stay. I was disappointed in the presentation of the property & that the property descriptor was not clear that someone lives here most of the time versus a property available for short term rentals. Its the difference between having a fridge free from someone else's food (something you expect when sharing a place, but not when renting an entire home). The décor is very dated, the property was clean and tidy internally (except the laundry/garage), but outside left a lot to be desired in maintenance. Would not want children running around in the backyard for example.

Four of us stayed at Amy's place for an ACL weekend. Amy was very accommodating in taking our reservation for this busy weekend and communicated well during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The home is pretty old but has character and met our needs just fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were decent There isn't a microwave or coffee maker but there is a French press. The backyard offered a decent patio to sit on the evening with the fire pit going. If you're looking for luxury amenities, don't look here. If you want a quiet and comfortable place to stay, then this is it.

Amy and her husband Martin were extremely lovely and accommodating throughout our entire stay. I couldn't have picked a better spot with nicer people!

I currently work for the Israeli Choreographer, Ohad Naharin, director of Batsheva Dance Company. I train in Tel Aviv, Israel and then travel teaching his movement. In-between workshops and residencies, I enjoy visiting friends to explore different cities and cultures. I also work online in Public Relations and consult a documentary company while I travel. I have spent time in the states, Europe, Israel, and India. When I'm not dancing, I'm cooking, hiking, biking, and love to hear other people's stories. I enjoy hosting people when I am stationed in one place, and am a considerate guest when visiting.
