Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.

The space
Roomy studio with a Queen 'Select Comfort' bed - you can adjust the firmness to suit. Couch folds out into another queen size bed. Coffee and brewer provided. China and flatware make take-away dining pleasant and easy.

We're Fred and Sabina. I'm a retired Air Force radar geek, and Sabina is my wife, my best friend, and a wonderful hostess. She collects dogs and cats. I should perhaps mention she speaks German like a native because she is one. She can get by in French, too. And we adopted some kids from Russia, so she learned a good deal of that language. I'm not as bright as she is, but if you have a flat tire I can probably fix it.

During your stay
We love to hear from our guests and can usually accommodate their wishes or at least point them in the right direction. But we can't help if you don't ask. We're just a couple of miles inside the Eastern time zone. This can be a sore spot for guests coming from the Central Time Zone and finding all the restaurants have closed for the evening just when they felt hungry. It can also be a sore spot for us. Arrivals past 9:00 pm Eastern/8:00 pm Central may be turned away. This is a super quiet residential neighborhood and we're doing our best to keep it that way.
