This three-room luxurious apartment (65mq) has just been restored. Elegant, bright and comfortable, the apartment is characterised by a long balcony and consists of a spacious living area, a study room, and a bedroom. Perfect for couples, it is equipped with every comfort, including mosquito nets for windows, air conditioning and a large TV in the room. The unit is silent and located just outside the tourist flow in one of the most fascinating and lively neighbourhoods of Venice: Cannaregio.
