Hi my name is Jim, I moved to Eastport, Maine in 2017 originally from East Haddam, Connecticut. After spending 35 years in the corporate world of marketing and advertising I decided to pursue my passion for painting. In my search for a slower pace and simpler lifestyle I stumbled upon Eastport and never looked back. It’s natural beauty and world class views of the ocean are perfect for an artist like myself. I am a local painter and I work in both watercolor and oil. Eastport is a very welcoming and friendly place with a rich history as a thriving seaport town.
