Spectacular views and lots of windows with which to enjoy them. From our multiple decks you can watch boats navigate the Intracoastal waterway; spy shrimp boats sailing out into the inlet in the mornings; watch seagulls, pelicans, cranes, egrets, hawks and eagles catch fish in the marsh which is practically under our deck . From our perch high above the water you can see for miles. 10 miles to beach

The space
Fishing is available off the pier in back or in the lake only a few steps down the street. Sports equipment is here for biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, basketball, fishing. There are miles of quiet, uncrowded streets for walking and running. Friendly neighbors will be happy to greet you and share all that our area has to offer. Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are both 45 minutes away. Quaint, picturesque towns such as Southport and Shallotte are nearby for shopping days and restaurants.

I recently retired from real estate development. Enjoy the outdoors. Biking, rucking, kayaking and just generally being outside. My wife is a Hospice nurse and enjoys the same. We are using the fact that she has 3 more years before retirement to do some traveling. There are many places we have wanted to experience on a local basis. More than just as vacationers. So, we are using Travel Nursing to accomplish that.
