Alfonso's place really is in a great location - it's 5 minutes walk to the train station and right in the middle of town surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The room was good - nothing special but clean and well equipped. The breakfast was self serve and pretty basic but nice. The roof terrace was great but the sunlounger was broken and a parasol for some shade would make it even better as it's hot up there! We had a very friendly welcome from Paola. Please be aware as other reviews have said that the BnB is up quite a lot of stairs with no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was also quite noisy at times but that's to be expected for such a central location. Overall it's great value for money for Sorrento and a fantastic base for a few days of exploring - I'd recommend and also come back again! Thanks Alfonso and Paola!

We had a great stay at Alfonso's place. Alfonso was very helpful via messages leading up to our arrival regarding logistics and recommendations to get there. We checked in and met his wife, Paola, who was extremely kind and helpful - she answered many questions for us, and even used their pulley system to lift our bags up (our room was on the 3rd floor - steep stairs!). Great sunset view from the terrace patio. The room was as described - very spacious and a nice sized bathroom as well. We enjoyed being able to just walk out of the door and be in the heart of Sorrento, easily walkable to shopping, dining and people watching - perfect, central location, but still a quiet stay! Highly recommend.

This place is located right in the heart of Sorrento, a few minutes walk from the train station. The rooms were impeccably clean and the entire B&B was welcoming, beautifully decorated, and central to everything. We arrived earlier than expected and we were worried we would be turned away, but Paola welcomed us, led us to the rooftop patio, and got us coffee while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks for guests and we took advantage of the breakfast. Our entire stay was perfect! We would recommend this B&B to our friends and family traveling to Sorrento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stray with Alfonso and Paola. The B&B is perfectly located right near the square with plenty of restaurants and sight seeing nearby. The place was clean and the terrace was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is absolutely amazing. There is breakfast provided every morning and each room has its own bathroom. It's conveniently located next to the port, the busses, nightlife, and the shops. I would definitely come back for my next trip in Sorrento!

This place is so lovely! Right off the main piazza and yet once you pass through the main door it's so much more private - especially the rooftop patio! There may not be an elevator (the entrance to the B&B is on the 3rd floor), there is a luggage lift! It's somewhat rustic, but highly entertaining to watch! The rooms are spacious, with a mini fridge, ensuite bathroom, and ample storage space. There's even a skylight (with a shade) that opens for fresh air! The shared iron is usually left in the kitchen (we never had any issues with it being in use) and they were nice enough to bring me a replacement hair dryer when I told them the one in the bathroom wasn't working. I read some reviews that complained about the prepackaged breakfast items, but honestly, it was great. The fact that the croissants and toast were wrapped meant we could pack extras to go :) They had unlimited coffee, juice, brand name yogurt, cereal, and the occasional fruit - and the fact that it was out all day meant if you needed a snack before dinner, you could totally sneak in an extra serving of nutella! Paola was lovely and greeted us every time she saw us, and always asked to make sure we had everything we needed. Also - this is a B&B, so every day we came back to a neatly made bed and clean towels! Such a treat after staying in regular Airbnb apartments.

Alfonso and his wife own a shop just a few doors down from the B&B, so check in was super easy. The room was on the third floor, but they had a lift for luggage which made it very convenient. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place. The panoramic view from the private roof deck is gorgeous...with chairs and tables to relax and gaze at the stars. Juice bar was across the street to help us start each day. For those who want the view of a lifetime, stop by the local 5 star hotels just down the street and sit by the terrace. When approached by the waiter, just act like you're a guest and order anything (salad, wine, cappuccino). The view is absolutely spectacular! Enjoy!
