CALL FOR AVAILABILITY. Nestled in Westbridge, this charming riverfront Ranch Guesthouse offers the perfect blend of comfort & rustic appeal. With 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, & ample living space, its ideal for a relaxing getaway. Set on a scenic multi-acre ranch surrounded by Crown Land, the home is fully winterized with a wrap-around porch, satellite TV, & riverside fire pit. Experience ranch life with wild peacocks, horses & more-perfect for all ages year round.

The space
This large 1700 ft home boasts 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom also contains a queen pull out sofa bed, while the living area has an additional sofa bed for two. We can also provide a cot for a single sleeper or child. There are two bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area, and plenty of sitting space to enjoy the river, mountains and green space views.

Located on a working ranch, which also houses a Riverside Campground with a Camp Store, Curio Store and many farm yard animals! Over 100 peacocks, horses, cows, chickens (yes we sell eggs), emus, a donkey, a mule, goats and more!

This property also houses 4 RV sites near the Ranch Guest House for rent. This allows your friends and family to stay together while on vacation or celebrating a special occassion. The RV sites are $40/night and some include electrical hookup.

NOTE: This is a rustic countryside getaway, and part of that charm includes local wildlife—including harmless mice. Because we are pet-friendly, we do not spray the cabins or surrounding areas with pesticides. Instead, we place discreet, hidden mouse traps inside the cabins as a precaution. We appreciate your understanding and your love of nature!

Everything the ranch has to offer - with the exception of the Main House - Owners private residence.

We also have a nearby riverside campground, as well as 5 charming Riverview Cabins in Rock Creek (15 minutes away) .

Included with all winter stays, are discounted passes to Mt Baldy Ski & Board Mountain. Be sure to ask for details when booking.

The cabins are right across the road from the Kettle Valley River accessed off hwy #33 & #3. The Riverside campground is just across hwy #33.
The Provincial campground is up river about 5 km north (toward Kelowna) on hwy 33. You can float to the cabins from the prov campground. The sandy area in front of cabin 4 is fine for swimming.

RESOURCES (Hwy 3 & 33 intersection):
• Prospect pub, 11 AM to 9 PM.
• RC trading Post 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Rags Relics, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Rockcreek Station & Laundry (summer only) (also sell food and used items). Only a 4 min walk from the cabins.
• McMynn Family Foods Grocery Store in Midway (15 minutes away)
• 2 Centex gas stations with convenience stores
