The space
Located in front of the ocean and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It has a pool , private parking for up to 2 vehicles and terrace with spectacular views of the Bay.
We welcome 6 people max, all ages count.

You are entitled to Parqueo for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

- Visitors are not allowed; so no other person can stay overnight at the property; otherwise there will be surcharges per person outside the reservation.

- On the property resides our trusted caretaker Don Silverio; he will greet you and give you the house keys.
The guest can enter and exit the property as often as they wish, without forgetting that they must leave the gates and gate closed with the keys previously delivered.

- We are friends of your pet, we only ask that you add it in the app for their respective payment and be in care, supervision and cleanliness in our house and facilities.

- Do not provide us with beach towels; the White Towels are Unica and Exclusively for use of the bathroom, the misuse of them will cause an extra charge of L 300.00 per towel.
