Few minutes drive to various skiing slopes in the winter ( Mont Tremblant- 13 min), hiking trails in the summer and your own private backyard oasis at any time!

Spacious 6 bedroom cottage will accommodate your family and friends comfortably at any time of the year. Well equipped kitchen will make it fun to cook as a family and indulge in your culinary creation. Boats available to explore unmotorized lake, outdoor fire pit is there for perfect S'mores and plenty of space indoors in case if you are not in the mood for outdoors today.
This place was made to relax and enjoy the nature. Create unforgettable year round memories for years to last.

One canoe, and one row boat, as well as 4 adult life jackets are provided for free use from May 1st till Oct 15th.

**Please note that no outside noise is allowed between 10 PM to 7 AM
**We do not allow outside music at any time
**No fireworks are allowed at any time
**No weapons, no archery practice, no drones to be used on our property
** No smoking inside the house (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.)
**We have fragrance free zone. Please do not use any scented candles or incense sticks, etc
**No pets allowed in the cottage.
Property Manager patrols the neighbourhood at night hours in order to ensure guests comply with noise rules

* Note that water source in the house is the lake. We recommend to bring drinking water with you.
