You’ll have the apartment to yourself.
My apartment is right in the heart of Manhattan. It is perfect for families, solo travelers who like their privacy, or a group of friends visiting the city who want to take advantage of the kitchen to cook some meals. The location couldn’t be better. It is just 5 minutes walking from the Empire State Building and 3 mins from the subway stations.

The space
My apartment is a great option if you want to take advantage of its excellent location. You will enjoy your own studio which includes two full beds, a kitchen, private bathroom and closet space. The apartment also has a tv (you can use your netflix, hulu, or amazon prime accounts), WiFi, heater, and air conditioning.

You are less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Empire State and less than 10 minutes walking distance to Herald Square where you can shop until you literally drop at all the department stores, including the world's largest store, Macy's at Herald Square. Enjoy many fun local bars and top notch restaurants right outside your door. Most guests usually book my place because they want a clean and safe place to sleep. While the building is a little old, the apartment is cleaned and prepared for each new group that arrives and offers the essentials to enjoy New York City in a perfect location.

The checkin/checkout information and wifi are on the blackboard in your room.

Subway stations with multiple train lines are only a street away (about 3 mins away).

Local bars include Wine:30, which is right next door and is great for a cozy dinner, Mason Jar NYC, Desmond's Tavern, The Crooked Knife, Snafu 28, and Park Avenue Tavern.

There is no shortage of amazing restaurants in the neighborhood as well, such as Atoboy, Atomix, Ai Fiori for more high end experiences.

For more casual, fun dining I reccomend Brother Jimmy's Barbque or Ichi Umi.

For a great happy hour you should check out Wokuni.

Anything else, just ask!

**Due to Coronavirus I recommend avoiding the subway stations. Instead you should take Uber/Lyft or walking to sights. My apartment is 5 minutes walking to the Empire state building, 10 mins walking to shops in Herald Square and 20 mins walking to Times Square as well as Rockefeller center.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire studio apartment. There is also nearby parking in several locations. You can use the website Spot Hero to compare rates.

Your keys will be on the hook on the wall to the right when you enter the apartment (please leave them there when you check out). You can use the kitchen (please remember to turn off the stove if you use it), microwave and fridge. There building has central heating but I also provide a small heater that will heat the room up quickly as well as an airconditioner. There is a tv which you can use your personal accounts for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. and Wifi.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Midtown Manhattan in the heart of everything. There is potential for street noise from honking cars since you are so central, but you can’t beat the location!

Please remember to turn off the stove if you use it.

Please return your lockbox keys to the lockbox as soon as you check in since it will serve as backup keys in case of emergencies.

Location

New York, United States

The apartment is located in Midtown East near the Empire State Building which is also by major tourist attractions such as Herald Square, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Grand Central.

Guests have access to the entire studio. There is also nearby parking in several locations. You can use the website Spot Hero to compare rates.

The neighborhood is perfect for a visit to New York since you are walking distance to many places but also close to trains, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood borders Murray Hill and Korea town which is right next to the Empire State building and very close to Herald's square where you have Macys' the world's largest department store about ten minutes walking distance.

The apartment is between Park avenue and Lexington Avenue, which is the perfect place to be in the center of New York City. You are a short train ride away from all of the major tourist attractions but also in a very neighborhood-like feel in Manhattan which is quiet (for New York). From my apartment you are 15 mins walking to Rockefeller Center and about 20 minutes walking to Times Square. Rockefeller Center and Times Square are both "must sees" while in NYC and you are in a perfect location to enjoy it and take in the grandeur of New York. The apartment is also very close to Central Park. You can take the 6 train three stops uptown to get to Central Park. For other attractions, the apartment is also very central and includes train stations close by, less than five minutes away. If you prefer to do less touristy things you are also in the perfect location. 15 minutes walking in the opposite direction (turn left when you leave the building and keep going straight down) you will reach the East river which is beautiful to see as the sun rises. Additionally, there are loads of wine bars and great restaurants quite literally at your doorstep. Wine:30 is a great choice and is literally a part of the building.
