Our villa is on the ground floor of the second enclave, 2047 s.f with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Each enclave has its own private pool. Each villa has its own garage and one additional parking space.
There are additional pools at Honua Kai for our guests.
There is 562 s.f. lanai which seats 8. There is a private BBQ and a refrigerator in the lanai.

***Aloha and Welcome to Maui and Luana at Honua Kai Resort*** Luana 10B is a ground level beautifully designed and fully furnished villa in the new Luana subdivision of the Honua Kai Resort with 2047 sf of indoor living space. The large lanai provides gorgeous outdoor space for relaxation. Spacious living room, large and efficient gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 3 zone air conditioning system. The large lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, refrigerator and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dinning. The residence also includes a private garage. and ensuite full size washer and dryer. Resort amenities include several swimming pools, hot tubs, waterfalls and children's shallow pool. 24 hour fitness center, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, Whaler's General Store. TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712%. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). "We highly recommend that all guests PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE" we will enforce our above cancelation policy. All guests must sign our terms and conditions" Guests have access to all the Honua Kai Resort amenities subject to availability. $15.00+tax/day for parking for a second car. Maximum 2 parking spaces/condo. Stays 14 nights or longer will require a linen exchange service of $190.00 + Hawaii taxes, paid by the guest.
