Studio S3 is on the THIRD FLOOR. We have NO elevator!
No balcony in this studio!

The space
Twice weekly cleaning and change of bedding and towels.
Daily cleaning available. (additional cost)
En-suite bathroom with shower. Hair dryer in the bathroom. (Filipino "bidet")
Iron and ironing board on request.
Car parks with CCTV on both sides of our building.
20 meter lap swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Other things to note
Absolutely NO smoking inside the Ambassador Suites.
We have a smoking area close to the swimming pool. The guard will be happy to show you where.
The swimming pool is for our in-house guests use only. Not for outside guest.
Swimming in the pool also requires wearing proper swimming attire. No t-shirts. T-shirts and cotton clothes disturb the filter and absorbs the chemicals that keep the pool healthy.
Please also note that we have no backup generator if there is a power outage.

If suite S3 isn't available on your preferred dates - maybe S3's sister suite M3 is available.

Studio S3 is situated in a very well located gated compound, situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
We are on a quiet back street, Flora Street, only 5 minutes’ walk from the entertainment district of Fields Avenue. SM Mall is also close, less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Flora Street is the same street as Kandi Tower 2 & 3, but we are closer to SM and Walking Street.
Being in the Philippines, we might get the usual noise from dogs and an occasional rooster, but it is a quiet neighbourhood and there is limited traffic on the surrounding streets so noise levels aren’t normally a problem.
