This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
"Trinity L.O.T" is our home away from home. We have settled our newly built home on the wooded slopes towards the Gatineau River on the edge of Chelsea village. We are situated on a private road, with few neighbors. It's a tranquil and serene setting that is close to many amenities, yet just far enough to enjoy the surroundings of nature.

WINTER months require guests to have both 4 wheel/all wheel drive and snow tires due to extreme slope of driveway

Extra parking space at the top of driveway if you choose not to venture down!
Large walk-in shower (caution that tiles can be slippery due to water softener) anti slip mat provided in closet
Indoor electric fireplace in living room to add warmth around the large windows

Large shed for guests to use for storage of bikes and skis….etc. A key is provided for you to lock the door.

We have an exterior doorbell camera and rear entrance camera that allows us to monitor the home for added safety and security.
Rural property that has a septic and well system
The laundry room is in the basement.
The basement also has a TV room with sectional and is equipped with a smart tv for guests to use. Disney plus available.
We ask that guests complete a few checkout duties before departing to allow time to prepare the house safely and on time. Removing garbage, removing bed linens, starting the dishwasher and one load of laundry. Please do your best to leave the house as you found it!
We ask that the guests respect the privacy of the neighbours. It is a small community and it is important that their normal environment remain consistent.
Due to the length of stay we will be on site occasionally to maintain the yard.
As well, we ask the guests to water the few indoor plants during the stay.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are at the end of a very small private road and surrounded by trees and nature.

Close to the charming village of Chelsea, home to Spa Nordik and Camp Fortune ski hill. Many restaurants, including Lore Du Bois and Les Fougeres which serve local Quebecois cuisine. Minutes from Gatineau Park trail systems for mountain biking, cycling, hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing and Fat biking. As the snow clears, take in the aerial park at Camp Furtune or cool down at Meech Lake with a swim.

We have a new microbrasserie that is about a 30 minute walk up the rail trail. A great gathering spot to meet friends.
Lovely lakeside Wakefield village is a 15 minute drive north. Summer months can be enjoyed paddle boarding along the river or strolling the paths and taking in the shops and a bakery indulgence. Make a stop along the way at Morrison’s Quarry for some bungee adventures.

Downtown Ottawa is a 15 minute drive.
Within the area is Casino D'Hull, Rideau Canal Skateway, Parliment, and many summer and winter festivals. And many other option the nations capital has to offer.
