Amazing apartment on a 2nd floor of a new emblematic building with 2 pools and spectacular sea views from the rooftop terrace. The building is facing the sea and the beaches on one side and the city center on the other side.

The stylish suite has been decorated with vintage industrial design furniture and love for details. It comes with all the facilities and amenities you might need, such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee machine, TV LCD, Satellite TV, Bath amenities, Parking, Welcome pack and free access to the pool.

Located just few meters from the Rambla of Poblenou and the Marina. The area is rich of nice restaurants, cafeterias and trendy grocery shops with traditional food.

The public transportation is at 50 mts and the main city square is at 10 minutes. All main attractions are just at 3 metro stops from the apartment.

1.It is strictly forbidden to host a larger number of persons than the number agreed during travel planning. In case of additional guests, please inform the reservation office immediately.
2.Smoking in the property is not allowed. If you smoke we will take your security deposit.
3.It is strictly forbidden to hang clothing from the balconies.
4.Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 9.00 PM, and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and in any common area such as the terrace.
5.The person signing the lease contract will be responsible for the appropriate behavior of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropriately, they will be asked to leave immediately the apartment with no means of reimbursement. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligations mentioned above, I could, at my own discretion, ask the client to abandon the apartment, without the client being entitled to any compensation.
6.The use of sound system in the common areas such as the stairs and terrace is not allowed.
7.Use of Internet for illegal activities is not allowed.
8.Dog or animals are not allowed in the apartment and in the common areas.
9.Bath towels cannot be used as beach or pool towels. Beach towels are available on request at extra charge. 50 euros will be charged in case of wrong use of towels.
10.Congregating in the communal areas of the building is not allowed. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important and we will not tolerate clients who do not comply with these regulations.
11.It is prohibited any act of vandalism, like throwing stuff at balcony or windows.
12.Do not insert any metallic object in the microwave.
13.The Spanish electrical system works at 220 V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipment to avoid fire risk.
14.Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment. Respect the environment.
15.The main entrance door has always to be kept closed safely.
16.The apartment must be left perfectly clean and in a perfect state. Waste bag or garbage has to be left in the container outside the building. Should this not be the case, the security deposit will not be returned.
17.The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client, up to 50 Euros per key.
18.It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental within the terms of the reservation made.
19.In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for that damage and charged accordingly.
20.In case you have rent a parking space, please park your car in the assigned place.
21.We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment. We recommend you to put your valuable in the safe box, and close the doors and windows safely with the keys.
22.I will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the costumer.

Lorenzo's place is in a great location: it is close to the beach, the convention center and to public transit. It was very convenient for us for participating in a conference that took place in the convention center, and for exploring the city. There are pedestrian-friendly and lively streets nearby, yet the place itself is very quiet. The place was spacious and clean. We were greeted with some complimentary sweets, and felt very welcome.

This apartment is located in a newish building in El Poblenou-- a neighborhood we learned is both a mix of locals and is friendly to tourists and foreigners. We chose this apartment because it was a legal rental. This was important to us because there is an understandable backlash against tourism driving up the prices of local housing. The building is only for short-term rentals (like an apart-hotel), so everyone you will encounter will be visiting too. I liked this in the case of Barcelona as AirBnb is a sensitive topic, and I did not want to encounter neighbors who felt resentment toward tourists. That being said, this type of building could possibly be a target for robberies and vandalism as one of the other reviewers experienced, unfortunately. I found the safebox and double door lock to be peace of mind enough. We used both. Check-in was easy. Location was perfect for us. Easy to get to all the tourist attractions, but close to beach and playgrounds for the kids. Nearby restaurants offered a nice diversity of choices. W We visited Barcelona during the Las Ramblas terrorist attack and I appreciated the management's written communication with us after the incident. They provided some emergency numbers and some advisement after the fact. Very sad time, but I found the apartment's response appropriate and helpful. The only downside to this rental was a relatively early check-out time (10:30am). But we checked out on a day that the office was open and left our bags with them until our evening flight. This worked out very well. If you are checking out on the weekend, you may want to double check if they would be able to hold your bags if you need this service.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days in May. The apartment is in an excellent location, just across the road from the beach, but very accessible by public transport. The apartment is of a high spec and very comfortable. It is also very close to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely return in the future as Barcelona has so much to see and do!

Excellent place in great condition in a superb location. The beach is a stone throw away. Didn't even have time to use the pool because of all the other places to explore nearby. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if I ever again find myself in beautiful Barcelona

While the apartment was clean, comfortable and centrally located, I would NOT recommend staying here as a tourist. After just two nights in the apartment, we came back after a day of sightseeing to find that the apartment had been broken into without any forced entry and we were robbed of close to $2,000 worth of our belongings. After calling the police and going down to the station to file a police report, we were told that while pickpocketing is more common than home robberies in Barcelona, the building is known as one that tourists rent. Therefore, it is an obvious target for thieves during the day, when few people are around. We did see a few families and people who live in the building but we lost all sense of security after the incident and chose to leave the apartment early. Also, I was surprised that I received no response from Lorenzo when I informed him that the apartment had been broken into and that the police were on their way. He and his friend who had checked us in upon our arrival, showed up the next morning without notice, only after they were contacted by Airbnb. Everything about the situation felt extremely targeted, as the thieves knew exactly what to go for and as security and peace of mind is extremely important to anyone traveling abroad, I can only advise future guests to stay elsewhere.

Dear Diandra, Of course I’m really sorry for what happened, but you have to tell the complete story. As you said there weren’t any signs of forced entry. There are many security measures in the building and in the apartments: 1) VIDEOSURVEILLANCE at the building entrance 2) The building is RESIDENTIAL with a lot of families living in. There are many tourist apartments. It is located in a SAFE AREA. 3) The DOOR is VERY SAFE and comes with a SAFE CODED ENTRY KEY. When I met you personally you stated that the door was simply closed, BUT NOT safetly LOCKED as recommended, shown and indicated during the check-in. Instructions on how to safely block the door are available in the apartment. 4) The apartment is provided with a SECURE SAFE BOX with unique code set by the guest. Instructions are available together with the safebox in 4 different languages, english included. SafeBox is also suitable for laptops. I always recommend to use the safe box (as an additional measure) and it is also indicated in the apartment. You never used the SafeBox. 5) EMERGENCY PHONE A 24h Emergency Phone is available in the apartment. This emergency service grant prompt intervention in 30 minutes. You NEVER used this phone. Trying to contact me, during night hours, using a message in AirBnB platform is NOT the most effective way when you have an emergency, like you had. It is evident that, the following morning, when I saw your message, I came IMMEDIATELY to the apartment to check the situation and to support you. Sincerely it is absolutely not fair to accuse me that I’m not giving you support, when you never called the provided 24hours emergency phone number and you sent only a message (during night hours) and that I showed up only the next morning without notice (???). I’m sure that you can understand that the rubbery you have suffered it was due only for NEGLIGENCE (leave the door open and not use the safe box). All the measures I took are enough to PREVENT rubbery and to provide a SAFE PLACE. Of course measures are ineffective if the guest do not consider recommendation, leaving door not blocked and not using the safe-box. In fact, in the apartments I manage, guests never suffered a rubbery.
