The apartment is a real gem! A huge Top-floor, spacious, bright and very comfortable flat. It is newly refurbished, modern and enhancing its characteristic Athenian style. The apartment is 105 sqm and ideal for a family or a group of 5-6 people. It has two very large terraces that gives unobstructed view of the Lycabettus hill - one of Athens’s main landmarks. The apartment is very central, only a few minutes’ walk to Kolonaki.

The neighbourhood is great, very central with easy access to all parts of Athens, but still has a real neighbourhood feel to it. It’s very easy to get around and everything you need is close by. It’s a 3-5 minutes’ walk to Kolonaki, Kolonaki, Eksarxia and Ippokratous. A5-7minutes’ walk to Panepistimiou metro station and 10 minutes away from Syntagma, the Benaki Museum, Archaeological Museum and Museum of the Cycladic art. It’s easy to walk to Monastiraki, the Plaka area and the Acropoli.
There are several great coffee shops right outside the front door.A supermarket, pharmacy and unique small boutiques just on the same street. There are so many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, it’s difficult to choose from! We love this area.
