This small flat for 2 is the perfect nest for a Lisbon visit!

The space
My beautiful one bedroom apartment is ideally located near Alameda, just a short distance from the tube (Alameda station).

There's a dining area so you can hang out with your family and friends or share a nice home cooked meal.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including stove, microwave, pots and pans and cutlery.

The bed is made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep! You’ll also find plenty of storage space so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.

There's a bathrooms, which is the perfect place to freshen up - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower! Fluffy white towels and shampoo are provided.
My place will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as the walls are pretty thin and most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed!

Other things to note
- The flat capacity is for 2 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please note there is no elevator in the building. You will have to walk up approximately 60 steps to get to the flat.
- Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.
- It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than 2 high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc.
- Guests will be charged €40 in case electricity trips due to overuse.
- Guests will be charged €40 for lost keys or lockouts.
- There will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 10 pm.
- Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.
- Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal

Located at the intersection of the red and green metro lines, Alameda is a useful transport hub in Lisbon, meaning you can travel to many different parts of the city both quickly and easily. The wide boulevard (Alameda d. Afonso Henriques) that provides the area with its name features a garden which is great for enjoying a walk in the sunshine, and there is also a kiosk-bar where you can purchase a cheap and refreshing glass of cold beer as you stroll. Because of its proximity to the Instituto Superior Técnico, the whole Alameda area is popular with students, which gives Alameda a youthful, fun feel to it. Though it is not generally included amongst the top tourist attractions in the city, Alameda is home to the Fonte Luminosa, a stunning illuminated fountain that dates back to the 1930s and the height of the Estado Novo classicist architectural revival.

You will have plenty of good options for eating out in Alameda, with restaurants catering to every taste. For delicious fresh fish, cooked on the grill, head to Corva Funda where you can also tuck into great stew on Thursdays. If you are in the mood for cheap and cheerful Indian food, then Alameda Restaurant is well liked by locals in the area and provides no-fuss, good quality Indian cuisine in a casual environment. For more typically Portuguese fare, try Há Tapas no Mercado for simple yet delicious tapas dishes with ingredients including sausage and cheese from all over Portugal. For a drink in the evening, Bora-Bora is one of the best local cocktail bars to enjoy a refreshing drink in fun surroundings.
