A wonderful countryside property located just after the famous Hotel Restaurante Los Caracoles. The property offers beautiful views of the coast and countryside. There is a large swimming pool and a lot of space to sun bade along the hot Summer days.


The Villa has been superbly presented throughout, and decorated to a high standard with modern fixtures and fittings.


Reservations from young groups are NOT ALLOWED. Parties are NOT ALLOWED.

The space
Upon entering the property, an attractive hallway leads to an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room of excellent proportions. This wonderful living space offers 3 sets of patio doors, taking full advantage of the beautiful views that this property has to offer. The living space and kitchen lead to one of the spacious terraces. Also via this level you will find stairs that lead to the BBQ area and to the amazing swimming pool.


On this floor just next to the entrance door you will also find an attractive bathroom with over head shower.


Stairs from the first floor lead down to the ground floor where the villa has 3 attractive bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom benefits from private access to the lower terraces of the villa leading to the private swimming pool. The ground floor also has a large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower.


In addition, there is new and modern air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Also each window throughout the property has mosquito nets.


The gardens are very well maintained, offering an abundance of mature tropical plants and trees, creating a real oasis and a very private feel.


The swimming-pool size is approximate 3 x 8 meters.


The entrance to the property is via a private driveway with private parking for 2 cars.
