After a long renovation process i managed to rebuild a part of my garage in my dream tiny house/apartment. It's a place where i love to live myself. The entrance is a-typicall and is true my garage door and basement. But then you enter the cozy basement, a little apartment half under ground, half above, with window view on the garden. It's at the same address as my other listing. The apartment is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the central trainstation of Leuven, next to a big park.

The space
cozy, little apartment just behind a provincial park and walking distance from Leuven. you can park your car free in the next street only 300 m away. Bikes can go into the garage. I build this place for myself in a part of my garage but it's lovely and cozy. Come and check it out !

The apartment is located in Kessel-Lo behind the trainstation of Leuven. It's a quiet residential area with a huge provincial park just next to it. access to the highway (E314 - E40) is very close . It's not located in the city center. But it's in walking distance and you have free parking within 300m.
