Wake up in the morning and take a hot tub or a swim. Feast your eyes on the Topa Topas while you drink your coffee on the deck. Quiet evenings. All you hear are frogs, crickets, owls and coyotes. Only a heartbeat from downtown Ojai.

Ours is a real oasis. It has everything you could want including a pool and outdoor shower, washer/dryer, hot tub, views, quiet and convenience. We LOVE our place and we think you will too!

There's a general store about a half mile away and a great burger place that has veggie burgers, fries, shakes and burritos. And it's 7 minutes to downtown Ojai. This place really has the best of both worlds. Country paradise near shops, cafes, amazing restaurants, golf, hiking, biking, spas.

We love to travel, meet new people and are very friendly and easy to get along with. I am a single mom. I adopted my son, Marco, from Guatemala as a baby. He's now almost 14! He's very sweet, personable and well-behaved. I've lived all over the world -- Israel, England and France -- and have traveled widely. Whenever we travel, we stay at Airbnb's. It's fun to be able to have people stay with us. I'm a writer -- poetry, novels and essays. I've published many books. I get kids into Harvard (among other places) for a living -- the honest way!
