The space
A space designed for simple, comfortable living
The upper level is bright and airy, with an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large veranda overlooking the Caribbean. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, long conversations, or just listening to the waves. The master suite is also upstairs, offering privacy and beautiful natural light.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional suites — each with its own bathroom — along with a small kitchenette and direct access to the pool and beach. Families and groups love the layout because everyone gets their own space while still being together.

I am marine biologist and love nature. Originally from Austria we traveled a lot and lived in different countries but somehow Belize doesn't let us go :-) We, my wife Simone and I, live in Maya Beach. For years we have now been working as property managers for several properties in the area. We love diving, dining out and a cold beer on our dock overlooking the beautiful canal just steps away from the Placencia lagoon. We are very much looking forward to hosting you in the small country of Belize.
