Newly renovated January 2023! 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment steps away from Garden City Pier and the Atlantic Ocean. The living area is an open floor concept with a kitchen. You'll also have access to a garage and front porch.

Located in the heart of Garden City Beach, you'll be just steps away from a variety of dining options, grocery, and entertainment. Plus, the closest beach access is right across the street, so you can spend more time soaking up the sun and less time sitting in traffic.

The space
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the second-floor balcony. The second floor boasts two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Moving up to the third floor, guests will find a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds, a kitchen, and a comfortable living room. We do have a lock on our AC units at 70 degrees due to guests not breaking the units. Additionally, guests will have access to a two-car garage and two parking spaces.

If you would like more space and awesome experience you can add on the Rooftop Loft, aka The Chateau. The Chateau is a studio loft apartment with full bathroom located on the top of the building, the large deck offers skyline views of Garden City and the Atlantic Ocean.
