Complete with a private courtyard garden, this family home in South-West London offers elegant furnishings and plenty of space. The King’s Road, Chelsea and the banks of the River Thames are all close by.

The space
At the front of the home is a welcoming entrance hall, complete with black and white tiling and framed pictures on the wall. On the left-hand side, is the living room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room offers plenty of natural light, a traditional fireplace and bookcases either side. With a green colour scheme, the seating includes a comfortable sofa and two armchairs by the window.
To one side of the space, there is also a second fireplace, as well as a grand piano. Artwork completes the elegant aesthetic.

SNUG
The snug offers a great space to watch television and relax. It includes a sofa, colourful rug, a television on the wall opposite and access to the garden through the French doors.

GARDEN
The garden includes outdoor seating of a table, chairs and a parasol. There is also an astro-turf lawn, patio heater, BBQ and a Wendy house at the end of the garden.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The kitchen and dining space is on the lower ground floor and includes a central island with surrounding barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.
This room also includes a circular dining table with white chairs, for a place to enjoy dinner with family and friends.

There is a second entrance to the garden on this level, with a few steps up to access.

WC
There is a WC and basin for convenience.

FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, is a child’s bedroom which comprises a single raised bunk bed, with a ladder. Underneath the bed, is a desk and chair, as well as bookcase. The room is decorated in pretty, pink murals and includes children’s toys.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a relaxing feel, complete with a King-size bed, framed pictures on the walls and a large wardrobe opposite the bed. In the corner, there is also a television.

EN SUITE BATHROOM
The en suite bathroom has a Jack-and-Jill style door, so can also be accessed from the hallway. The room is stylish, offering a roll-top, freestanding bath, a separate shower, WC and two basins, with neutral tiling and a circular mirror. The washing machine can also be found in a cupboard here.

THIRD BEDROOM
On the next level, is a further bedroom, also great for children. It includes a single bed, train mural on the wall and a wardrobe.

There is a WC and basin for convenience on this level.

FOURTH BEDROOM
At the top of the home, is the final bedroom. This includes a comfortable double bed, bedside tables either side and chest-of-drawers. An armchair and artwork completes the space.

BATHROOM
The bathroom on the top level comprises a shower, WC and basin, all in white tiling.
