A beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-level open concept cottage perched above Lac Supérieur. Perfect spot for a family vacation, 2 living room/tv areas. Private hot tub, master suite (bathroom with soaker tub, bedroom renovated and balcony with glass walls allowing stunning views - 3rd floor). Pets are welcome, please advise. CITQ 300217

The space
Three bedrooms, two at ground level and the third on the top level offering a view of the lake and Mont Tremblant. Large living room with a fireplace to warm up those chilly evenings. Family room on the ground level with fireplace. Sauna on ground level. Fully equipped kitchen, connected to open concept dining room and living room not to mention the outdoor deck. Hot tub. New Master suite on the 3rd level with soaker tub, new patio door, new flooring, stunning views, etc.
There is a dock located on the lake which is for the exclusive use on those STAYING at the cottage. It is 3 minute walk and is accessed through a neighbors property. On the dock you will find a canoe and 2 kayaks for your use.
Outdoors and winter, the BBQ and firepit will NOT be accessible or functional during the winter months. The lake access with a private dock, canoe and 2 kayaks is few hundred feet from the cottage.
The cozy living room has a wood burning stove (we supply firewood but not kindling or firestarter) and flat screen TV (Fire TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) no cable TV.

Neighbourhood highlights

This area is on the north side of Lac Supérieur and gets sun all day. The national park with its beautiful lakes and trails (hiking and cycling) is 3 KM down the road. Lac Supérieur has many hiking trails connecting to a network that goes all the way to St Donnat. The lake is quiet, mostly kayaks and SUP and a nice sandy bottom to make swimming enjoyable the water warms to 25C. There are also fishing possibilities, a permit is available at the corer store.
A short walk down the road brings you to a gourmet convenience store, with a good selection of wines, micro-brewed beers and even champagne. They open early with freshly baked muffins, bread, etc. and expresso, latte coffee along with lunch options. And a little further you will Rustique, beautiful dinning room, sports lounge for the games and takeout service (dinner and Sunday Brunch).
This area is quiet, clam and peaceful, being you close to nature, you will often see wild deer, turkeys, fox, raccoons wandering through the property.
