A 2-bedroom retreat, with open floor plan between the living and kitchen area, a sliding glass door that opens to a large deck, bonfire pit and an outdoor shower for relaxed outdoor living.

The cottage can be rented by itself or for bigger groups and families, my sister's 2 bedroom cottage is within a 200 meter walk from our place. Great opportunity to rent for larger groups or multiple families. Please inquire for more info.

7 night, Saturday - Saturday rentals in the summer

- 10 min walk to the private beach (Sandy’s Beach) or drive 5-10 minutes drive to other gorgeous beaches in the eastern part of Island
- 10 minute drive to Souris for amenities, groceries, pharmacy, gas, restaurants, splash pad, Souris boardwalk and more
- Cottage is located between Basin Head Provincial Park and Red Point Provincial Park
- Close to North Lake Fishing Harbour where you can purchase fresh, local lobster and seafood
IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR OUR GUESTS:
**WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM - please do not flush paper towels, tissues and wipes, sanitary products, kittens & puppies, hopes & dreams.
Cleaning - please keep cottage tidy at all times. We do have pest control services but it helps if guests keep the deck, counters and floors clean of crumbs and food items. Kindly rinse recyclable materials prior to place in bins.
*Tenants are responsible to leave the cottage clean and in order (cleaning supplies available on site).
CoVid-19 Update - Due to the current health crisis, please take extra care in cleaning and disinfecting the cottage prior to your check-out. We appreciate your consideration to this request.
Linens are provided. Please place sheets and towels in washer prior to check out.
The cottage is on septic, please be mindful of what can and cannot be flushed.
The cottage offers AC & Heat, if required. There is a remote control to set programming.
Garbage & recycling bins provided. Please follow the garbage & recycling guides located in kitchen area.
Lawn Maintenance is scheduled weekly.
Handsoap, dishsoap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided.
Service animals and ESA are always welcome. Please contact us for arrangements prior to booking.
Extra guest charge $100+HST/per person. Extra nominal charge for camping trailers. These arrangements must be pre-booked and confirmed with owner.
GUEST ACCESS:
Whole cottage and entire yard.
iRobot Vacuum provided - must be on charger and fully charged before using. The canister needs to be dumped after each use. Please feel free to turn it on while you're outside the cottage. Please do not step on or ride the vacuum.
