Located right next to ANMC and providence hospital, and University of Alaska and Alaska Pacific University. It’s an easy walk or bike ride through a beautiful trail by Chester creek and university Lake. Nice kitchen, two decks, barbecue, laundry, WiFi, two living rooms with HBO and Netflix and YouTube TV. Perfect for students on rotations or people in town for work.

Very nice room right next to the kitchen and full bath. Has a sliding door to a large covered deck. Two closets and a double bed, mini fridge, nice desk and lamps.
