This quaint little cabin in the trees was designed for a true get away. If the desire is to unplug, this retreat is for you. Rural yet 15-20 minute drive to North Conway. Take advantage of the outdoor living, whatever your passion.

The space

The cabin provides sweet cozy comfort in the concept of "tiny" living. The space is a 9X12 with a loft and a queen size memory foam mattress. Bedding provided with fleece blankets and down alternative comforter. The space is insulated and heated by propane with Mr. Heater Buddy. The cabin warms up quickly on cold days.

We provide:
Sheets
Blankets
Flashlights
Lantern
2 Fans
Coleman double burner cook stove
Outdoor gas grill (all 4 seasons)
Outdoor kitchen with sink (seasonally with 4 gallons of water provided)
Inside cabin 2 gallon crock with 4 additional gallons of water
Cooking essentials (pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, cups, and flatware)
Organic Equal Exchange coffee and French Press
Tea (herbal and black)
Honey, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, vegetable & olive oil
16 qt Cooler for perishables (bring ice)

The cabin is not plumbed or wired, but we do provide a power strip to plug in devices, and 6 gallons of fresh well water. The outdoor kitchen can be used year round but with no additional water during winter months. There is one electrical light, a fan in the loft and the living space.

The 3rd sleeping option is the window seat either: 74" X 28" or 64" X 31" . We are open to inquiries of up to 4 people depending on desired level of comfort. The screen porch comfortably accommodates a full size air mattress (seasonal).

Guest access
The outhouse is a composting "Humanure" system within feet of the cabin stairs. Please research if you question its functionality. Due to present circumstances we will not be offering our in home shower.

We seasonally offer outdoor bucket bathing (please see listing photos) with 20 gallons of water (not to be confused with an outdoor shower). The cabin also provides cleansing wipes.

There is a fire pit in the field near the cabin. Camp fire wood is available at any convenience store. We provide kindling, and adhere to a strict rule that there be no use of fuel to accelerate fire. Please note that we stay current with local fire conditions, which may inhibit the use of the fire pit.

*WIFI* If the use of wifi is important to your visit access might be difficult to impossible with your PHONE. LAP TOP OR TABLET is your best bet, depending on device. We cannot fully guarantee the ability to connect from the tree house. Cell service is extremely limited to provider.

Parking is available next to the shed.

Our home sits on 200+ acres with 5 miles of hiking/snow shoeing trails.

Other things to note
Please note that while the cabin is private, yet close walking distance from door to door (approx. 100 yds).

Christie is a NH Justice of the Peace and would love to assist in planning an elopement or small destination wedding.
