My cottage is a beautiful waterfront home that is located on White Lake. We have a dock, canoe and kayaks for you to use. Beach chairs, fire pit and much more. In the winter snowmobile trails surround the cottage.

The space
Open concept loft master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd room has a king bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 single beds ).

Other things to note
The water in the lily pad cove is not good for swimming. Please check all my pictures to see the condition of the water. They have captions with the dates they were taken so you get a better understanding of what it will look like. Its about ten feet deep around the dock so if your lucky and the conditions are good sometimes you can take a dip around the dock. Its not a swamp like others have said.
Its a lily pad cove and you can see exactly what it looks like if you look at all the pictures and I'll be happy to send you more updated ones if you ask. You can also take the canoes and kayaks to a big rock just beneath the waters surface just outside the cove. It's marked with a plastic pipe sticking up or go to the sand beach just 8 minutes down the road.
it's a rock bottom but bring your water shoes, we have zebra mussels, very sharp on the feet. I also have a 14 foot aluminum boat you can use if you feel like fishing. The lake is full of Large and small mouth Bass, Muskie, Walleye and Perch.
Warsaw caves are just 10min from here. If you enjoy hiking and exploring it's a great place to take the family.
make sure you bring a flashlight, you can spend hours crawling through tunnels.
You can also find a snowmobile trail right across the road on hwy 6 that will lead into pine vista resort.
The garbage is very strict. It gets picked up monday morning at 7am so if your booking follows on that day you can put your garbage out. please follow the instructions left for sorting properly.
if they do not pick it up please take your garbage with you. Also please use clear bags. I have extra bags under kitchen sink if needed.
Transfer station is just down the road 5 min to take all your garbage as well. recyclable and food garbage is free everything else is $3.50 a bag. The address is 1951 county rd 6 Halls Glen. please check hours of operation they change between seasons. I dont recommend drinking the water so I leave a 5 gallon jug of water for drinking and cooking. If you need more I suggest bringing some.
I also have firewood for sale. $10 a bag.
you can find it in the shed by the driveway. I do the honour system so what ever you use just leave the money on the table or you can e-transfer me if you like. also if you dont mind. please put the empty bags back in the shed so I can refill them for the next guest.

The town of Lakefield is just a 15 min drive where you can find all your necessities. A couple really nice restaurants in town if you feel like taking a break from cooking.
