This luxurious ocean view apt, features an open plan living / kitchen area, 2 beds and 1 family bathroom, private plunge pool and infinity pool on the property. Located in the quiet, upscale area of Cap Estate with beautiful sweeping views.

The space

This two bed / one bathroom great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 - 4 guests, forms part of the newly constructed South Sea House. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

The apartment boasts a light, bright open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, stove, fridge, blender, dining table, washing machine, TV (32' ), cable TV (50 channels +) and free wireless internet.

The air conditioned bedrooms in this two bed unit share a large family high spec bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds, which can also be converted into one king size bed.

Guest access

In addition to the private apartment with its' own balcony and plunge pool, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool on the property available for guest use.

Interaction with guests

We live on the property so are always around to assist guests if needed. We will meet guests on arrival and show them around the apartment and property.

Other things to note

The property is fenced with an automatic gate; dual power sockets (USA & UK) are fitted throughout the apartment, so power adaptors are not needed; a local prepaid cellphone is supplied for guests to make local calls; airport pick up can be arranged; baby sitting service can be arranged. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis.

Scenic location with wonderful views. Need a vehicle as apartment is not close to public transportation. Other than works taking place right outside the apartment and internet down for a full day, we had a pleasant stay. There was welcome local beer. Secure gate on compound. Could use privacy curtains and more communication from host on issues. Enjoyable time otherwise.

Karen and Jerome's South Sea House was lovely, and a great place to stay while in St Lucia. It was spacious, well-appointed, and had very nice everything: beds, shower, TV, &c. Wifi was a bit slow, but no worries when you're in paradise. They even had a local cell phone that we used to coordinate cab rides and it was amazing. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay! P.S. Having AC in the bedroom was so wonderful, so thanks for that as well!

My wife and I recently stayed six nights at South Sea Apartments for our honeymoon. Our experience of Karen and the apartment was outstanding from beginning to end. Karen and her husband were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating, supplying us with valuable information about St Lucia, arranging a taxi driver to collect us at the airport, and helping recommend a car hire company before we arrived. Karen also supplied us with a few very basic cooking ingredients which we had forgotten to buy. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. We particularly appreciated the excellent air conditioning in the bedroom, allowing us to sleep very easily. The shared pool is wonderful, with a picturesque view overlooking the Cap Estate hills. Furthermore, the apartment is very well situated, enjoying the benefits of the quiet and seclusion of Cap Estate, yet also very close to Pigeon Island (5 mins by car), Rodney Bay (5 mins by car) and Castries (15 mins by car). Above all, the apartment was very reasonably priced. We cannot recommend Karen and South Sea Apartments highly enough!!

Karen's apartment is in a beautiful part of St. Lucia, with easy access to many beaches and all the nightlife of Rodney Bay. Karen was very helpful with detailed directions when we were driving up from Soufriere. Our flights back to the US got cancelled due to the blizzard and she was again very accommodating when we had to stay an extra day. We were there on a weekend and were able to go to the Friday night jump up in Gros Islet which was lot of fun. You will need a car to get to the beaches and the restaurants but otherwise the apartment is very well appointed if you want to spend the day indoors. There is a large common pool as well as a private plunge pool which we did not have the time to use. Karen is an excellent host and I will recommend her place wholeheartedly.

Acceuil charmant, très belle villa dans un quartier très calme a 2 mini du golf. Etat de l'appartement irréprochable. Très propre, très confortable, très bien aménagé et très bien équipé. 10/10.
