Comfortable, spacious and bright three-room apartment with 4/5 beds and a large balcony with a SEA VIEW where you can relax and dine in peace. It is located in the beautiful town of Otranto, appreciated for its historical, artistic and scenic beauty. Such as its ramparts, the dense network of cobblestone streets in the historic center that converge towards the Romanesque Cathedral (with its majestic mosaic and the relics of the 800 martyrs) and the Aragonese Castle.

The space
The apartment, finely furnished, is located on the second floor of a quiet building, without an elevator. It consists of:
- a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette with all the necessary dishes, air conditioning, fridge, oven, flat-screen TV and sofa;
- a hallway that leads to the bathroom with shower and to the 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and one is a twin with the possibility of joining the beds;
- a large balcony with SEA VIEW equipped with awnings, washing machine, a sitting area for a relaxing aperitif and a dining table for your outdoor dinners.


For parking, at check-in guests will be given a pass to park for free on the blue stripes of the streets adjacent to the apartment.

Also near the apartment are a supermarket, post office and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk.
