Some info has been automatically translated.
We've expanded our existing campervan and turned it into a gamseong accommodation in nature.
Based on Henry David Sorrow's philosophy, Walden is the motif.

It's far from the city.
The stars in the night sky are beautiful.
On a clear day, you can see stars and fireflies.

Jodong Rialps (campervans) have a tranquil and private relaxation that you can't enjoy as a regular car.
There are no noisy people,
There is no sound of cars,
It's a healing space away from the noise of the world.
Even in the early evening, the darkness settles down.

The bedroom has been converted into a natural environment with cypress trees inside the car. On the spacious outdoor deck decorated with a living room version, you can also enjoy the content of YouTube & Netflix on the large screen after the barbecue.
The accommodation has an elevation of 420.
It's not uphill.
The road conditions are great.

[Places to visit. Things to do]

1. Chunoksan Six Hundred Majigi (Famous for selfies).
The property is a good place to spend the night driving around or stargazing.
30 minute drive to Chungoksan Summit. There is a paved road that allows you to drive to the top of Yukbaek Majigi. When you climb the crooked mountain path, there is a plain called the Six Hundred Majigi on the summit of the mountain.
Exotic landscapes make me feel like I've come to meadow in the European Alps. You can watch both sunrise and sunset in the same place and see the starlight of the canal and the night sky.
(There is a flower garden, parking lot, reception · restroom, toilet, etc.)

2. Jodongli Alps Hike (Recommended)
Jangam mountain is called the Alps of Jodongli. A moderate slope leads to the summit which is at 700 meters above sea level, where anyone can have a good hike on (Property is on 420 meters above sea level). Ice valleys that are close to trails are not a popular tourist attraction, so guests can only enjoy themselves quietly.

3. Café 'Moonlight in Ihwa'.
There's a pretty looking cafe at the end of the mountain trail that never seems to be there!
It's a 5-minute drive away from the property.

4. Rock Park trail around Pyeongchang River.
Experience Pyeongchang River and Rock Park at the same time.

5. Jangam Mountain paragliding site.
A view of Pyeongchang-eup at a glance from Jangam Mountain. It's not as glamorous as the night view of the Han River, but the scene of the shining stars is different from the night sky of the Han River. If you like hiking, take the path to the dark forest. The hiking trail course takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. It's good to hike, and if you say, "Ah! I don't like hiking," you can rest by car.

6. Pyeongchang-eup market opens every 5 days.
With 65 years of tradition, Pyeongchang Olympic Market
is an area of 5,000 sq.m, with 75 stores,
where regular meetings are held on 5th and 10th of every month. Otherwise, it is run in the form of permanent market meetings.

7. Jungsun market every 5 days (Next Town)
The largest village marketplace in the country. Tourists coming from all over the country. It is rich in sightseeing and food.
It takes 25 minutes to get there from the property, and the road incredibly pretty. The host couple frequents the Jungsun market and Jungsun's Ariari Cinema. The entrance fee to the cinema is 6,000 won per adult. It's half the price of the city.

8. Jangam Mountain Ice Valley
The valley is 5 minutes away on foot from the property.
Guests can enjoy themselves quietly as it isn't a super poplar area. Cool shade in the forest and clear, ice-cold valleys are healing spaces that make you forget the stress and heat of midsummer.

I love mountains and forests, so I've been going through nature for almost two years. I'm working as a maker in Seoul, and I'm living here as a producer, so I stop walking trails and nature and live like a cat. I'm experiencing that it's not just a happy life to live as planned. ^ ^
