This clean and cozy studio condo is located in a resort that sits along the Pemigewasset River at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak in NH's scenic White Mountain region. Enjoy hiking, biking, and many other outdoor adventures. Skiers & snowboarders enjoy the Free Shuttle to Loon Mountain. Resort amenities include an outdoor pool-seasonal, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and game rooms making this a great vacation spot for all interests. Great places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Self-check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

We will email you the check-in instructions the night before your check-in date. Please note, the property management office cannot help with check in. Any questions or concerns should come directly to us.

Linens, bath towels, pool towels, and some toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste).

Please do not hang towels over the balcony per the HOA rules.

There is extra bedding in the closet, and we keep the kitchen stocked with cooking essentials (oil, pan spray, spices, condiments, etc.…). Help yourself to anything that’s there.
