The beauty of the "Upper Court," the style of Scandinavia - with us you can expect the best of two worlds. A picturesque village in the Tyrolean Oberland and a Nordic-Alpine vacation feeling - the most beautiful time of the year can begin.

Straightforward design meets warm-hearted coziness. Lived hospitality meets closeness to nature. Nestled in a picturesque mountain setting, the turquoise Inn meanders through this very historic place in the border triangle.

The space
Here we have created a vacation home for you in our newly designed apartment "Home at Moos" on over 105 m², which is modern and cozy at the same time. Our apartment is easily accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor. When you enter the apartment, you will immediately feel the sense of freedom and coziness, as an exposed wooden roof truss ensures an excellent living environment. The cozy TV lounge dominates the room and is surrounded by a large kitchen with terrace and three beautiful and light-flooded bedrooms, as well as toilet and bathroom and a covered terrace. Here you feel as if you are living in the middle of nature. The Scandinavian straightforward lifestyle gives you the feeling of lightness and invites you to dream. On the balcony you will find an infrared cabin, which you can use free of charge.

With us, you can leave your car in the on-site parking lot from the day of arrival, because due to the very quiet and yet central location, on the outskirts of Pfunds, all important facilities are within walking distance: two supermarkets, bus stop (as well as ski bus) in all directions (about 2-3 min.). Restaurants, pizzerias, the village bakery, cafes and bars, ski school (rental) (approx. 5 min). Rafting base, playground, church, farmers' market, doctor and pharmacy as well as dentist and massage studio (about 10 minutes). Walking and waterfront promenade on the Inn, access to the cross-country ski trail, bike path, forest mile and Kneipp hiking trail, miniature fundus and much more, as well as a newly built bike course for children (about 10-15 minutes).

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Samnaun-Ischgl, Nauders, Schöneben-Haideralm, Sulden to name just a few.

Or in summer: hiking away from the hustle and bustle, hiking through lonely valleys to crystal-clear lakes, to cultivated alpine pastures, or maybe the bikers up on the mountain passes ......from the glaciers of the 3000s down to the palm-lined beaches of the south, weekly markets offer goods from 3 countries, as well as historical tours on the paths of the merchants and muleteers along the Via Claudia Augusta.

Away from the tourist strongholds, you can still experience the feeling of living in an original Tyrolean village. We don't have elevators, no big discos, amusement parks, throbbing après-ski bars... Instead, you can still enjoy quality of life and original Tyrolean hospitality with us. Here, people quickly shake your hand and clink glasses with you. It is not uncommon to meet locals with whom you can immediately start a conversation. We don't have a favorite season. A visit to Pfunds has something to offer at any time. All year round, Pfunds and its surroundings are a paradise for mountain and nature lovers, adventurers, athletes, bikers, etc. Look forward to powder snow, remote mountain huts, historic hikes, bike rides, the big Pfundskerle festival at the end of August, as well as the famous Nativity scene in December and the Christmas concerts.
