This distinctive and stunning oceanfront residence is situated in Lawrencetown, allowing you to enjoy a surf break just steps from your door—an ideal escape from urban life. This minimalist cabin offers the finest views in the area and was newly constructed by Red Pine Builders between 2019 and 2020. The property features a private beach and is nestled in a welcoming community.

The space
This cabin is well suited for 2 couples or a small family. The Cabin is well organized with a minimalist touch. There are 2 rooms on the main floor. One with a queen bed. In the other room there is a bunk bed (1 double bed and 1 twin bed). There is a chilling room upstairs and another bedroom (open space bedroom) in the mezzanine with a queen bed. This cabin is not specially suitable for kids because of the catwalk and the ladder to access the second floor, however with close supervision it can be a great place to stay for all the family. We have electric heat and a fire place (Bring your own wood please)

Other things to note
Absolutely No Parties or Events! PLEASE be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM. (HRM By-laws ) Have fun, you're on vacation!

The cabin is located in front of the ocean in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes drive from Lawrencetown Beach and Macdonald House Cafe. 20 minutes drive from Rainbow Haven's beach. 30 minutes drive from the airport and from downtown Halifax.

Located east of Halifax where you will find unspoiled sand beaches,dramatic coastlines, and pristine wilderness.
We have some of the best cold water surfing of the North Atlantic where beaches stretch as far as the eye can see.
Looking to explore or escape from the crowds , we have a lot to do!



This cabin is directly facing the ocean in a quiet residential area. It is a 10-minute drive from Lawrencetown Beach and McDonald's House. It is a 20-minute drive from Rainbow Haven Beach. You are 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Halifax.
