Private tiny cottage retreat on the lake! This property is right out of the pages of a Field & Stream magazine 🛶 🦌 🎣. Only 3 miles or 7 minute drive into the village of Hamilton and Colgate University!

The space
This tiny home sits on five private acres right on the water where fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding is right out your doorsteps! The home has an efficiency kitchen with everything you need. The open floor plan offers a cozy sitting area, a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. A perfect retreat for those looking to get away from it all and relax in nature's paradise with lots of outdoor adventures or a romantic getaway. There are plenty of things to do and explore on this unique property. Wake up to coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and fall asleep to the tranquil sounds of nature.

*Four wheel drive or all wheel drive recommended. This is a rural setting and we do get snow in the winter a muddy conditions in the spring & fall.

My wife Melissa and I love unique properties especially anything water (lake, creek, beach) related! We both grew up enjoying lake life in the summer and visiting the beaches of Cape Cod, MA and of course our favorite destination Sanibel Island, FL! We currently reside in Cazenovia with our two sons and our multiple animals on our 20 acre horse farm in Cazenovia, NY.
