The space
Access into the apartment block is located just off St Georges Quay, via the communal entrance. These well-maintained areas are home to the postboxes, stairs to all floors and a lift. Make your way up to the top floor where you will find the front door to this special apartment and wander inside.

Once inside you will be greeted with a wide hallway, white walls and gorgeous wood laminate flooring. Access to all rooms within the apartment is afforded and Immediately to your left is a storage cupboard housing the water tank. Across the hall to your right is the bathroom with the bedroom and main living area further down the hallway.

The Open Plan Living Areas - Step into the main living area of the house, The open plan design displays modern living with a relaxing area to sit and watch tv under the two large skylight windows. Space to dine is given just off the contemporary kitchen area to the far end of the room. Designed with entertaining in mind, you can prepare meals whilst still being part of the conversation.

The kitchen itself comprises of slick, glossy units and work top surfaces, integrated electric oven, hob and extractor hood and space for all the necessary white goods.

The views form the two skylights are some of the best in Lancaster City Centre, with the River Lune to your left and the Lancaster skyline ahead.

The attractive wood laminate flooring continues through to the bedroom from the hallway and space is given for furniture and of course a double bed. The views over Lancaster city are a delight and add a little something extra.
