This cottage is one of three and part of a multiple-residence property. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area. We have a Queen Bed with hotel linens in Other things to note

This one bedroom central air-conditioned / heat waterfront property has a state-of-the-art Wifi system with use of laundry and pool.
This cottage is the center cottage and has recently been renovated with new high-end kitchen and bath.
You'll have access to kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton with a 300-foot walking dock with benches for viewing the best sunsets in the world

Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom, and laundry facilities.
Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, and croquet.

We're located in Hampton Bays, about 10 minutes outside of town with great shops and restaurants. We're a 10 minute walk to Peconic Bay beaches and a 10 minute drive to world-famous Ocean Beaches.
Our property is unique in that you feel like you're upstate or in New England with rolling hills and beautiful waterfront access.
We're located for easy access to North fork farms, wineries, and Pumpkin farms. Southampton is a 10 minute drive.
This property is on an elevated waterfront location with a 100' dock for launching kayaks & canoes and enjoying crabbing, fishing & viewing sunsets & wildlife (Ospreys, Herons, deer, rabbits, wild flying turkeys). We have a sprawling front lawn for playing ball, badminton, volleyball & croquet. There's a small koi pond on the property for viewing and feeding.
The compound offers an incredibly relaxing experience.
